By machine : viscose garments will be washed at a temperature of 30° C with a delicate cycle programme. It is advisable to wash it together with other clothes so that the machine drum does not damage the fabric.
By hand : wash the garment by hand in cold or warm water at a maximum of 20° C. Immerse the garment in water with detergent and rub gently. Rinse with plenty of water.
DRYING
Viscose garments should not be put in the dryer. Only drying on a hanger is advisable.
It is important to keep in mind that the reaction of viscose to contact with water can modify its softness. But don't worry: once dry, it will return to its original feel.
THE IRONING
Viscose garments are ironed inside out with an iron set for silk in a damp state and with an ironing cloth for extra caution. It is important not to use the steam function of the iron to avoid damaging the garment. At this stage, the viscose garment will recover its initial size.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. You will have 15 days for any exchange or return* from when you receive the order. To do this you must request it from your user account. Once your request is accepted, you can now proceed to process your exchange or return. You have to send us the items to the following address: Le Crane Clothing SL, at calle del Barco Nº42 Local 2, 28004 Madrid.
2. In order to make an exchange or return, the products must be in perfect condition with their original packaging and labeling (we do not accept products with makeup or used stains), they must also have the same protective cardboard box in which they were sent. , or failing that, in a similar protective cardboard box so that the product arrives at our warehouse in the best conditions.

3. It is possible to exchange sizes or one product for another as long as there is stock of the desired product.
4. Shipping costs to us for any exchange or return are at your expense, except in the case of defective or incorrect products. You can send the items to us by your favorite courier service. A copy of the purchase invoice should always be included so you know it is yours.
5. Once we receive it in our warehouse, we will review it within 48 business hours, if everything is correct, in case of change, we will proceed to send the new product or size to the same address that you provided us when you placed the order or another that you have indicated to us later as long as it is within the Peninsula*, the costs of the new shipment are on us.
(Only one exchange can be made per item, if more are made, the costs to us as well as those of the new shipment will be at your expense).
6. In the event of a return, we will refund the amount of the item to the payment method that was made within a maximum period of 15 days, although the costs corresponding to the initial shipment will not be refunded, even in the case of have been free at first for the client. Order shipping costs will only be refunded in the case of defective products or products that have been sent incorrectly by the company.
SPECIAL ITEMS:
